Malam penganugerahan Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA) 2024 telah selesai digelar di Korea selama dua hari pada Sabtu (16/11) dan Minggu (17/11). KGMA merupakan ajang penghargaan baru yang digelar pertama kali pada tahun ini.

Penghargaan itu diselenggarakan Ilgan Sports, media yang juga mengadakan Golden Disc Award pada 1986 hingga 2020. KGMA ditujukan kepada musisi Korea yang bersinar selama satu tahun terakhir.
